From browsing to move-in, our process is built to be fast, transparent, and friendly to renters who don’t fit the usual cookie-cutter mold.
Browse
Search rentals by city or use filters to narrow down by bedrooms, price, pets, and move-in date. Every listing shows the assigned landlord and any active discount.
Apply
Click Apply for This Property on any listing. The application is property-specific. $50 per adult, no credit check, just income and background verification.
Get Approved
We review your application and reply within 1–2 business hours. If approved, we send a lease offer with the deposit and move-in details laid out clearly.
Move In
Sign your lease, pay the deposit, and pick up the keys. Most tenants move in within 7–14 days of approval.
What we look at
We do not use credit scores. Here’s what does matter:
Verifiable monthly income roughly 2× the rent. Self-employed and gig income welcome.
Government-issued photo ID. We need to know who you are.
Standard background check. Past evictions don’t automatically disqualify you.
