Do you really not check credit?
We do not pull a credit score. We verify income (typically 2× rent), run a background check, and confirm rental history. That's it. Credit history alone won't disqualify you.
What's the application fee?
$50 per adult applicant. Each adult that will live in the unit fills out an application.
How fast do you respond?
Most applications get a reply within 1–2 business hours during business days. Weekends and after-hours applications are answered by 10am the next business day.
Do you allow pets?
Most properties welcome pets, with a per-pet deposit or monthly pet rent depending on the listing. Each property page shows the pet policy.
What if I had a prior eviction?
Each application is reviewed individually. Prior evictions are a factor but not an automatic disqualifier — we look at recency, circumstances, and your full picture today.
