- Tour requests: name, email, phone, and the date/time you request to view a property.
- Automatic data: standard server log information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This data helps us measure traffic and improve the site.

- To process your rental application, schedule property tours, and respond to inquiries.
- To verify income and conduct background checks (rental applications only).

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including TLS encryption for all form submissions, restricted access to applicant data, and regular software updates. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect what you share with us.
8. Children’s information
Harbor Gates Rentals is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us so we can remove it.
