Harbor Gates Rentals is a property management collective that connects renters with non-traditional credit profiles to independent landlords across the Southeast and Ohio. We’re not a corporate management company. We’re the team in the middle that makes the relationship work for both sides.
How we got here
We saw a gap. Good people with steady income kept getting screened out of rentals because of one bad year on their credit report. At the same time, independent landlords were struggling to fill their properties because the screening tools they had access to didn’t tell the full story. We built Harbor Gates to fix both sides at once.
Our model
We are a management company working with trusted independent landlords. Each property has its own owner. We handle screening, leasing, and the day-to-day so the renter has one accountable point of contact and the landlord doesn’t have to be on call.
